The conceptual draft of an aircraft, Lockheed C-130J, has been utilised for multiple purposes since 90s. The themed paint is inspired by the swirling that can be observed on weather radar.

Here is the low-level detail of the conceptual draft of an aircraft, model no. Lockheed C-130J, utilised for multiple purposes since the 90s, is still used for weather monitoring in some of country.
The storm-themed paint is inspired by the swirling pattern, like a hurricane, and squall line that can be observed on weather radar.
The base colour is on storm grey (FS-36440), the pattern on slate-blue (#5B7C99), with a soft gradient at the crossover of each layer of pattern.
